Describe what your expectations would be if you were in charge of the hiring for the field you are hoping to co-op in. What education or training would you be looking for in a potential worker? What experience? Personal Characteristics? What would get someone fired if you were the boss? Remember, your businesses success depends on great employees.

If i was hiring someone for a welding shop i would look for someone who has a good worker ethic, dependable and trustworthy, you have to have years of experience, you have to be able to work with others in a shop all day so you would have to have some basic people skills. I would look for the clean dressed guy over the guy in joggers

My expectations for hiring someone, in the school field. It would have to be, making sure they have the passion, and interest in children. Willingness to be there everyday, and want to work. I would be looking for someone who had, different training with children or who have worked with children before, and people who are wanting to further their education. People who are passionate, hard working and willing to work, having good manners and being appropriate around children. Someone would get fired so being, rude or swearing, someone who is late, because you have to be showing good things to children and be a role model towards them.

If I was in charge of hiring people, I would be looking for people who were punctual, spoke clearly, and look like they want to work. I would be looking for my workers to have at least a High School diploma and have the CPR course. I would also like them to not be to serious but can be serious when needed the most. If i was their boss the one thing that would get them fired is not completing work as quick and efficient as they can and always being late.

If I was in charge of hiring, I would be looking for people who have skills relevant to the job, a good work ethic, and are well dressed. Specifically, I want to be a police officer. So, being athletic and healthy are very important requirements for being hired. Problem solving and quick thinking are also good skills to have if I were to hire you. If you show up to the job under the influence, I would automatically fire you. If you repetitively showed up late or did not show at all, I would fire you. I want to trust that the people I hire can come into work on time and professionally.

If I was hiring someone to volunteer at an animal sanctuary, I would be looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable individual who would not be afraid of getting their hands dirty. As for experience, it would be preferable if they have had

If I were hiring someone to work at a pet store, I would be looking for someone who is hardworking; reliable, trustworthy; dedicated and overall, an animal lover. I would want someone who is experienced in animals, ranging from dogs to reptiles to birds. I'd prefer someone who's okay with taking the time to educate uneducated pet owners and lead them on the right path to proper care for their animal(s).

If I was in charge of hiring someone, I would be looking for someone who has the skills and abilities relevant to the job. Some of these skills include a good work ethic, trustworthy, and very reliable. For my career path with working for kids, I would look for someone who enjoys working with kids and is able to deal with kids when they're having a bad day.

If I were hiring someone for a Electrical engineer co-op placement, i'd look for students with a lot of experience with their hands and electricity, someone who took courses in school around this or said in their interview that they've been around electronics for a long time. They would have to have good worker ethic and show that they want the placement and put effort into getting into it, I would fire them if they didn't show up, didn't want to work or acted immaturely

If I was in charge of picking someone to hire I would make sure they are actually willing to do the job and that if I need them to work they would be willing to even if on a day they would normally not work. As long as they have the proper requirements needed and are willing to be 110% the whole time while working that's all I would be mainly worried about.

If I was in charge for hiring someone at a daycare I would make sure they like children and has worked with children in their past working experience. I would also make sure they are willing to work when needed, it is very important because Parents or Guardian expect you to look after the children and educated them as of well. And they should also have the right education for this job so when it comes time to do stuff you should of learned in college your able to do it! As long as their a nice person and follow all of theses requirements I don't see any problems with getting a position at a daycare placement.

If I was in charge of hiring for the OPP or Niagara Regional Police, I would look for people that are mentally and physically capable of performing tasks on the job. I would also want people that are committed, compassionate, and assertive. I would preferably hire someone that has a diploma in police foundations, along with a university degree from the social sciences. I would want someone who is clearly committed to attending recruitment and information events, as well as participation as an auxiliary officer. I would fire someone who is abusing their power as a police officer, not following protocol, or repeatedly showing up late or missing work.
